Meet Radeyah

I'm Radeyah, Owner and Lead Planner of RLC Events & Design a boutique wedding planning and event coordination firm founded on thoughtful preparation, exceptional service, and the belief that beautiful celebrations deserve equally beautiful experiences.

My approach to planning was shaped long before I entered the wedding industry.

With more than 15 years of corporate experience, I developed a foundation in communication, organization, strategic planning, problem-solving, and managing complex moving pieces with precision.

Those skills now serve a different purpose:

creating celebrations where my clients can let go of the logistics and fully experience the moment.

A BUSINESS BUILT WITH INTENTION

RLC Events & Design was created from a genuine love of bringing people, details, and experiences together.

In July 2025, after welcoming my son, I reintroduced my business as RLC Events & Design. Sharing his initials made the name deeply personal a reminder of purpose, legacy, and the intention behind the work I do.

What began as a passion has evolved into a firm centered around a simple philosophy:

Plan intentionally. Communicate clearly. Execute beautifully.

MY APPROACH

I believe the best events don't happen by accident.

They happen because someone thought through the details before they became problems.

I believe in asking the extra question.

Reviewing the timeline one more time.

Knowing where everyone needs to be before they need to be there.

Understanding the vendor team.

Anticipating what a couple may need before they have to ask.

And creating an environment where everyone from the couple to their guests to the professionals working alongside us feels confident in what is happening next.

That is what thoughtful coordination means to me.
